How can we save tigers from going extinct? This question motivates Sarika's work about two of the biggest threats to the tiger’s survival: the illegal trade in tiger parts around the world and habitat loss. Sarika's fieldwork has taken her across India and beyond to identify strategies that provide benefits to both people and the forests/ Such sustainable development solutions are necessary to ensure long-term coexistence between people and tigers.
