Holly is a multi-award winning Microsoft Software Engineer 2 and D&I advocate. After being inspired to join tech by playing video games growing up, she started her career working on Paint 3D and Xbox. Now working on Cortana in Windows in London, her team is exploring the most impactful ways we can use virtual assistants and intelligence to improve our lives. Throughout her projects, she has loved being at the forefront of innovation and democratizing access to technology. Outside of her programming, she is incredibly passionate about D&I in STEM and the impact that uplifting women in tech can have on the world. She is on the Women @ Microsoft Professional Development Board, supports internal and external outreach programs, and founded HerHelloWorld to support new and existing technologists.
