National Wildlife Property Repository

Explore the impact of wildlife trade and wildlife trafficking on species such as elephant, rhino, bears, reptiles, birds, and more with a live videoconference from the National Wildlife Property Repository near Denver, Colorado! The Repository is a unique facility which serves the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement by receiving and storing wildlife and wildlife products seized and forfeited during investigation and inspection activities. There are roughly 1.3 million items in inventory from whale products to elephant ivory, mounted tigers to monkey skulls. Join Education Specialist Sarah Metzer as a guide through the Repository, its mission, and how you can help the species impacted by trade.
